The BCNC does not accept walk-in or direct referrals.

To be eligible for the program, individuals must be:

• 18 years or older

• Experiencing homelessness

• Have ties to Vista or Encinitas

If enrolled, participants will work with a case manager to support goals related to housing, health, and stability.

The program is structured and time-limited, with a maximum stay of 120 days. Progress is reviewed every 15 days to support each participant’s housing plan.
